BreakThrough step #1 is look inward.
“Look into your positive and negative past experiences and how they shaped you,” sabi ni Coach Anton.
Bawat experience na naranasan may purpose because it helped you mold your values, behavior, and habits that consist of your identity.
BreakThrough step #2 is look outward.
“Looking outward allows you to get feedback on your identity from other people,” Coach Anton said.
Anu-ano ang mga positive and negative feedback nare-receive mo sa iba?
This will help you get another perspective ng identity mo kasi sa totoo lang, may mga blind spots tayo.
BreakThrough step #3 is look upward.
“Looking upward means to ask God to reveal to you your true self according to His Word,” shinare ni Coach Anton.
While helpful to look inward and look outward, itong step na ‘to ang ‘di mo dapat ma-miss.
Why?
Hindi kasi maiiwasan na may self-limiting beliefs ka na pinaniniwalaan about yourself kahit hindi naman ‘yun ang katotohanan.
Sample nga ni Coach Anton, naniniwala ka ba na hindi ka talaga kamahal-mahal?
It could be because iniwan ka ng loved one mo or you were rejected by your jowa so cinonclude mo na ‘di ka nga kamahal-mahal kasi ‘di naman sila nag-stay.

Pero totoo ba talaga that you are unlovable?
Hhhmm. Sabi sa Word ni God in Romans 5:8 NIV, “But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”
Hindi ka naman talaga unloved, Breaker. Remember that your identity and purpose is based ultimately sa Word ni God.
