Tapos nung tinatanong ka bakit ka nagagalit, hindi mo naman ma-explain nang maayos kung ano ang nafi-feel mo?

Madalas ba, hirap ka mag-accept ng criticism from other people? O kaya naman, hirap ka mag-accept ng responsibility for your mistakes? ‘Yung alam mong nagkamali ka pero parati kang may excuse?

Kung YES ang sagot mo kahit sa isa sa mga tanong, Breaker, chances are, kailangan mo pang ma-develop ang ‘yong self-awareness to better relate with the people you love.
