Bago natin alamin why you’re feeling stuck in life, may quick question kami sa ‘yo.
Quicksand is a “deep wet sand that sucks in anyone trying to walk across it,” Cambridge Dictionary defined.
Natatandaan mo na ba?
Parang life lang ‘no?
Right now, you may feel like you’re stuck or trapped in a quicksand and you can’t seem to get out of it. Ang hirap mag-breakthrough.
Nakakatakot. Nakaka-frustrate. Nakaka-stress.
May pag-asa pa bang maka-move forward ka?
Pero eto, Breaker, ah.
The thing about quicksand is, the more kang mag-panic at gumalaw-galaw, the more kang magsi-sink. Kailangan i-kalma mo muna ang sarili mo, so you can slowly get out and breakthrough it.

Napag-connect connect mo ‘yon, Breaker?
Ayan ang gagawin natin ngayon. Instead of panicking, let’s take time to pause and assess why you feel stuck in life. You can breakthrough!
Umpisahan natin sa relationships.
Could it be that the reason why you feel stuck is because of the toxic relationships na dapat mo nang i-let go?
Uy! Sino ‘yang naiisip mo?
Hindi naman necessarily love life agad, puwedeng friendships na hindi na healthy for you.
Normal lang ang magka-tampuhan every now and then, but a toxic relationship is “any relationship [between people who] don’t support each other, where there’s conflict and one seeks to undermine the other, where there’s competition, where there’s disrespect and a lack of cohesiveness,” sabi ni Dr. Lillian Glass in an article How To Tell If You’re In a Toxic Relationship — And What To Do About It by Jamie Ducharme.
Another reason ay rejection.
Na-reject ka before and you can’t stop replaying that hurtful scenario sa mind mo.
“Too much time spent thinking about rejection causes a hit to our self-esteem, making us engage in more self-doubt, and over-analysis of situations we’ve handled well in the past,” John M. Grohol, Psy.D. said in his article 4 Things That Hurt Your Thinking & Keep You Stuck by Psych Central.
Possible din that the reason why you’re stuck is tumigil ka nang mangarap.
‘Yung expectation mo nung nag-start ang 2020, ibang-iba sa reality mo ngayon.
Ayaw mo nang mag-plano for the future because pagod ka nang umasa at takot ka nang ma-disappoint.
Isang mahigpit na yakap, Breaker, kung relate ka dito.
Nahihirapan kang mag-breakthrough because you’ve been stuck sa “not-enough” mindset mo.
“Hindi enough ‘yung time ko for…”
“Wala akong enough money to…”
“Hindi naman ako kasing talented ni…”
Familiar ba ang mga inner dialogue na ‘to?
You always blame ‘yung mga bagay na wala ka instead of making use of what you have.
O baka naman, you’re stuck because you don’t want to take action dahil may fear within or masyado ka nang naging comfortable kaya ayaw mo nang lumabas sa comfort zone mo.
“You can know something to be true, and believe with all your heart, but not want to take the action to make the change in our lives, because it would require too much work or involves too much risk,” Mission Hills Church said in their article 4 Reasons You Might Feel Stuck.
Aray naman! Pero totoo ‘to, Breaker.
Marami pang reasons why people get stuck pero hindi ibig sabihin nun it’s your final destination. You can breakthrough!
Sabi nga ng Mission Hills Church, “when you get stuck, view it as a pause or a speed bump. Don’t make it a stopping point. Take advantage of the designated time to analyze it and learn from it. Remember, God is not concerned with our comfort, but our growth—growing closer to Him.”
Nabasa mo ‘yun?
Breaker, it’s not an accident that you’re reading this article.
