‘Yung kape na lang nagpapagising sa ‘yo sa umaga para “matapos lang ang araw na ‘to” pero deep inside, napanghihinaan ka na ng loob.
Darating ka talaga sa point of being demotivated, Breaker.
Nawala na ‘yung excitement at passion na meron ka dati and now, you’re not feeling well physically, emotionally, and mentally.
Kung baga sa phone, low battery ka na and what do you do when that happens?
You need to charge.
Don’t worry because we’re here to help you connect to that with these tips from Jamey Santiago-Manual and Erick Totañes of CBN Asia’s online show, Whatcha Say, Thursday!.
BreakThrough Lack of Motivation Advice #1: Go back to your why.
Ito ‘yung part ng nakaraan mo na puwede mong balikan (ehem) because a clear why drives you to push forward kahit challenging.
Magandang sagutin mo ‘tong 2 questions from Jamey:
Ano ang dahilan kung bakit ka nagsimula?
Sino ang inspirasyon mo bakit ka nagsimula?
Kung nahihirapan kang sagutin ‘yan, may sinulat kaming article dedicated on how to find your purpose in life. It could be na kaya ka nahihirapan i-identify ang why mo because you’re clueless of who you are in the first place and there is no shame on that.
Tutulungan ka namin.
Bookmark mo na ‘yang article tapos balik ka for advice #2…
BreakThrough Lack of Motivation Advice #2: Go take a break.
Mag-schedule ka talaga ng time for yourself. Hindi masamang huminga at magpahinga muna, Breaker.
Gawin mo ring meaningful ang breaks mo by evaluating your life.
Reflect on your life and appreciate what you have. Lamoyon?
Ibahin mo ang focus mo and look at all the blessings the LORD gave you. Gratitude can change your attitude toward life, Breaker.
Ang isa pang puwede mong gawin is to reflect on the things you need to improve sa sarili mo, sabi ni Jamey.
It could be na may old habits, mindsets, or ways ka na need mo i-change. Kung na-o-overwhelm kang simulan ‘to, gets ka namin and we’re here to encourage you. Text us at 0999-227-1927 or call 0931-805-0802.
And the most important advice is…
BreakThrough Lack of Motivation Advice #3: Go to your ultimate Source of everything – Jesus.
Alam mo, Breaker, “This is the best time to really come close to God. Get intimate with God. Draw strength from God,” sabi ni Erick.
“You can only find the real answer to the tough questions in life kay God,” he added.
Boom! *Mic drop*
The LORD is knocking on your heart pero baka masyado kang distracted finding somewhere else to charge yourself. Pagbuksan mo Siya ng pinto and allow Him to speak to you. Sa Kaniya ka lang mafu-fully charge to 100%.
The LORD loves you at hindi ka Niya bibiguin.
