Kung physically injured or sick ka nga, pupunta ka sa doctor para magpa-checkup. It’s the same with your mental health. It needs your attention and care especially this pandemic. 

Matutulungan ka ng mental health professionals to process and heal your pain. You will discover your behaviors and thinking that might be holding you back and they can show you ways how to BreakThrough from it.  

Even si Breaker Jik inamin na kailangan niya ng help and nag-seek siya ng Christian Psychologist to deal with his anxiety.

Na-try mo na bang mag-journal? 

Mag-exercise? 

Mag-video call or chat with your trusted someone? 

Mag-create ng gratitude list?  

Sabi nga ni Breaker Jik, “Gawin mo ‘yung part mo. In your own little sphere, do what you can, ‘yung kailangan.”

Kung na-o-overwhelm ka, take one practical tip at a time. Ang mahalaga is you find what works best for you.  

Pero alam mo ba kung ano talaga ang best tip to BreakThrough?  

While it’s true that practical tips can improve your mental health, this tip #3 is the most important because it all boils down to your relationship with the LORD.  

BreakThrough Mental Health Advice #3: Trust the LORD with every aspect of your life.  

Na-realize ni Breaker Jik na, “The anxious areas of my life are the areas that I do not trust God with.”  

Hindi ito para i-judge ka that you do not trust the LORD, pero invitation ito for you to surrender every area ng life mo sa Kaniya 

Isuko mo ‘yan kay LORD.  

Trust in Him. Trust in Him even in difficult times, Breaker.  

Sabi nga sa Psalm 55:22 TPT, “So here’s what I’ve learned through it all: Leave all your cares and anxieties at the feet of the Lord, and measureless grace will strengthen you.”
